Music Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All music products generated through our platform are digital goods. We do not ship physical media (CDs, Vinyl, or USB drives). No physical items will be mailed to your shipping address.

2. Fulfillment Timeline

Since each track is custom-created based on your questionnaire responses, delivery is not always instantaneous.

• Standard Generation: Your custom music is typically processed and delivered within 1 day of order completion.

• High Demand: During periods of high traffic, generation may take up to 3 days 

• Manual Reviews: (If applicable) If your order requires a manual quality check, please allow up to 3 business days.

3. How You Will Receive Your Music

Once your music is ready, it will be "shipped" via the following digital channels:

• Email Notification: A download link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

• Customer Account: You can also access your downloads by logging into your account on our website and visiting the "My Orders" or "My Music" section.

• On-Site Access: In most cases, a direct download link will appear on the order confirmation page once the generation process is complete.

4. Download Limits & File Formats

• Formats: All tracks are delivered in high-quality [e.g., MP3 320kbps / WAV] format.

• Expiration: Download links are active for 30 days. We recommend saving your files to a personal device or cloud storage immediately upon receipt.

5. Refund & Correction Policy

Due to the digital and custom nature of AI-generated music, all sales are final once the generation process has begun.

• Technical Issues: If you do not receive your download link within the expected timeframe or the file is corrupted, please contact us at info@lovenotesong.com.

• Questionnaire Errors: Please double-check your questionnaire answers before submitting.
